The Yovivo buildings will comprise of what are known as micro-units in the real estate industry. Each unit will be between 25m2 and 40m2 and will either be a studio, one-bed or two-bed apartment.

The rentals will be fully-automated via Yovivo.com, where tenants can rent a unit from 1 month to 11 months, pay online and receive the access code to their unit.

Cleaning services are outsourced to a local cleaning company and can be ordered directly by the tenants.

All Yovivo micro-units will be fully furnished and will have all you need for your stay.

Bedlinen, towels, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, micro-wave, kettle, etc.

Yovivo intends to provide fully-serviced apartments to our tenants.

In the Yovivo buildings there will be lots of services available, such as laundry, cleaning, transport, excursions, etc.

We aim to outsource all services, which limits our need for human resources, whilst supporting the local businesses.
